We are currently seeking an Edgebander Operator with expertise in the cabinetry industry to join our team.
Your role
On a daily basis, the successful candidate will:
- Operate Edgebander to cut materials according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine the dimensions and shape of the cuts.
- Handle/load all materials and components in a diligent manner.
- Inspect and verify material against customer order, record/report shortages and reject damaged material and products.
- Achieve daily production targets.
- Maintain equipment and ensures work area is clean and safe at all times.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on Edgebanding equipment.
- Assures compliance with appropriate safety practices and procedures.
- Support other functions as assigned.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications:
- Must have 3-5 years Edgebanding experience.
- Experience operating IMA, Biesse, Homag.
- Experience setting up, operating, and maintaining machines.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and workorders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
