We are seeking a Cabinetmaker.
A pivotal role on a large team.
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials to build frame cabinets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the materials required and the dimensions of the frame cabinet.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Make adjustments or repairs as necessary to achieve desired results.
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and precision.
- Meet all quality, productivity, and scheduling standards in a safe and timely manner.
- Represent, support, and uphold the company Core Values and Management Philosophy.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Previous experience as a Cabinetmaker or in a similar woodworking role is required.
- Experience with custom cabinetry and/or woodworking is preferred.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
- Understanding of woodworking techniques and methods.
- Knowledge of different wood types and their properties.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a dusty environment, exposure to varying temperatures, and strong smells
