A pivotal role on a large team
We are seeking a Business Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing our business processes, products and systems and suggesting ways to improve. With ongoing and future investments to make our facilities state-of-the-art, we need a strong team ready to face challenges.
The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:
- Understand how our clients use our technologies with their customers to create their dream projects.
- Understand the manufacturing processes, goals, metrics and people required to bring our customers’ dream projects to life.
- Understand, analyze, document and/or measure business processes.
- Define the manufacturing process, logic, and details that our developers will use to build or improve our technologies.
- Represent, support, and uphold the company Core Values and Management Philosophy.

To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment and pride with the following qualifications:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Communicates, both orally and in writing, in French and English (an asset).
- Demonstrates autonomy and leadership.
- Demonstrates rigor and professionalism.
- Has a creative mind.
- Understands or knows how to learn how a manufacturing system or process works.
- Knows Office 365.
